Please read in full before placing bids Location: Ace Metal Finishing 244 Sarazin Street Shakopee, MN 55379 (Watch for our lawn signs to guide you to this building) Preview: Preview will be held on Wednesday, October 26th from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. Auction Close: This auction will close on Thursday, October 27th beginning at 10:00 am. This auction will close at a rate of (2) lots per minute. Example: Lots 1-2 will close at 10:00 am, Lots 3-4 will close at 10:01 and this will continue until all lots are sold. This auction features extended bidding. Extended items will remain at the top of the lot list while other lots continue to close. Please scroll down to watch current lots. Checkout Dates and Details: Friday, October 28th from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm (Smaller items only) Monday, October 31st from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm (All Items Requiring a Forklift for Loading) Allow yourself enough time to gather and load your items as the scheduled removal times are non-negotiable. Please read full item descriptions for possible loading fees or removal date restrictions. We ask that you do not bid if these dates and times will not work for you as items will be considered abandoned after the scheduled removal time. Failure to pay for and/or pick up your items on time will result in a permanent loss of your ability to bid on all future auctions. Ground level removal only. Plan accordingly. TK Rigging will be onsite on Monday, October 31st only to load equipment. Appointments for loading must be made directly with TK Rigging. There will be a fee for this service. Any loading fees must be paid to TK Rigging. Call Tom Kluge @ 612-720-1243 with all rigging related questions and for scheduling. This is an "Off-Site" auction. UPS shipping and BTO "Bring to Office" service is available for hand carry items only. There will be a minimum fee of $10 per lot to haul items back for shipping or pickup from our Blaine, MN office. Larger/heavier items will be a higher fee. Skidding/Crating is not available at this site. Please send an email to: jim@premiermachineryauctions after the auction requesting your items to be shipped. Please include your paddle number and shipping address if different from the address on your account. Your credit card on file will be charged once your items have been packaged or brought back to our office and you will receive a "paid" invoice via email showing any additional shipping/transport fees. A 15% buyers premium will be charged on this auction. Sales tax will not be collected due to the business closure rule. ALL credit card transactions will incur a 3% processing fee. Payment can be made onsite with cash, check or credit card. Personal checks over $2,500 will require a bank letter of guarantee. All Invoices are due by Monday, October 31st unless your items are being shipped. Unpaid invoices will be charged in full at the conclusion of the scheduled removal period and will include a 3% processing fee. Auctioneer reserves the right to dispose of/sell any unpaid items past the scheduled removal period at the buyers expense regardless of payment status. All items are sold AS IS/WHERE IS and with all faults. We make every effort to disclose any known information regarding the working condition of these items but we strongly advise our bidders to inspect the items prior to bidding.
