Surplus to Continued Operations of Hub Manufacturing Please read in full before placing bids Location: Hub Manufacturing 2626 Broadway Street NE Minneapolis, MN 55413 Preview: Preview will be held on Monday, October 24th from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. Auction Close: This auction will close on Tuesday, October 25th beginning at 10:00 am. This auction will close at a rate of (2) lots per minute. Example: Lots 1-2 will close at 10:00 am, Lots 3-4 will close at 10:01 and this will continue until all lots are sold. This auction features extended bidding. Extended items will remain at the top of the lot list while other lots continue to close. Please scroll down to watch current lots. Checkout Dates and Details: Wednesday, October 26th from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm Thursday, October 27th from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm Allow yourself enough time to gather and load your items as the scheduled removal times are non-negotiable. Please read full item descriptions for possible loading fees or removal date restrictions. We ask that you do not bid if these dates and times will not work for you as items will be considered abandoned after the scheduled removal time. Failure to pay for and/or pick up your items on time will result in a permanent loss of your ability to bid on all future auctions. Ground level removal only. Plan accordingly. The seller will offer forklift loading, if needed at the buyers expense.  This is an "Off-Site" auction. UPS shipping is available. There will be a minimum fee of $10 per lot to haul items back for shipping or pickup from our office. Larger/heavier items will be a higher fee. Skidding/Crating is not available at this site. Please send an email to: nate@premiermachineryauctions after the auction requesting your items to be shipped. Please include your paddle number and shipping address if different from the address on your account. Also specify whether you'd like your items to be shipped or "BTO" (Bring to office) service for pickup at a later date from our Blaine, MN warehouse. This service is for hand carry items only. Your credit card on file will be charged once your items have been packaged or brought back to our office and you will receive a "paid" invoice via email showing any additional shipping/transport fees. A 15% buyers premium as well as sales tax will be charged on this auction.  ALL credit card transactions will incur a 3% processing fee. Payment can be made onsite with cash, check or credit card. Personal checks over $2,500 will require a bank letter of guarantee. All Invoices are due by Thursday, October 27th unless your items are being shipped. Unpaid invoices will be charged in full at the conclusion of the scheduled removal period and will include a 3% processing fee. Auctioneer reserves the right to dispose of/sell any unpaid items past the scheduled removal period at the buyers expense. All items are sold AS IS/WHERE IS and with all faults. We make every effort to disclose any known information regarding the working condition of these items but we strongly advise our bidders to inspect the items prior to bidding.
