Checkout Dates and Details: Wednesday, August 4th from 9:00 to 4:00 Thursday, August 5th from 8:00 to 3:00 Ground Level Removal Only. Plan Accordingly Seller will Load Items onto Flatbed Trucks/Trailers at No Cost but Assumes No Liability for Any Damage Should Any Occur. A 15% buyers premium as well as 6.875% sales tax will be charged on this auction. ALL Credit Card Transactions will Incur a 3% Processing Fee Payment Can be Made Onsite with Cash, Check or Credit Card. Personal Checks over $2,500 will Require a Bank Letter of Guarantee. Unpaid Invoices will be Charged in Full and will Include a 3% Processing Fee at the Conclusion of the Scheduled Removal Period Unless your Items are Being Shipped.
