It is the responsibility of the bidder to read the auctions details outlined below. Nearly every question you may have regarding this auction can be answered below. Please read item descriptions completely as certain items may have a specific removal date, loading fees, condition reports, location, etc. Please make sure you provide up to date contact information for registration. Auction sites can be dangerous. Possible hazards include, but are not limited to: slip, trip, fall, crush, electrocution. Please wear proper attire and do not bring children into this building. All items are sold AS IS/WHERE IS and with ALL faults. You are bidding on used equipment. Premier Machinery Auctions makes no claim to working condition/functionality of items whatsoever. We encourage all bidders to utilize the scheduled preview time to make your own determination of item conditions/values. Provided specifications and approximations are subject to bidder verification Auction Location: Metal Crafters, Inc. 4848 Industrial Park Road Stevens Point, WI 54481 Associated Fees: Buyers Premium: 15% Loading Fees: Mandatory on items with posted loading fees Sales Tax: 5.5% Card Convenience Fee: 4% Payment can be made onsite by Cash, Credit, Wire, Check (Personal checks over $2,000 will NOT be accepted from new bidders without a bank letter of guarantee). Wire Transfer instructions/Tax Exemption form will be sent via email (Please check your spam/junk folders if not received by 3:00 pm of closing day). Wire: Add $15 for Transfer Fee. Auction Preview: Monday, October 5th from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm Auction Closing: Tuesday, October 6th Beginning at 10:00 am CST. This Auction will Close at a Rate of (5) Lots Per Minute. (Soft Close) Auction Checkout: (Closing times are sharp). There will be no pickups permitted outside of the dates/times listed below. Items remaining beyond the scheduled removal period will be considered abandoned regardless of payment status. Monday, October 12th from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Tuesday, October 13th from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm Wednesday, October 14th from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm Payment and removal is due by 4:00 pm on October 14th. We will process all outstanding invoices at the conclusion of the scheduled removal period, including a 4% card convenience fee. Items remaining beyond 4:00 pm of October 14th will be considered abandoned regardless of payment status. If you have several items/time consuming items to pick up, DO NOT wait until the end of the day to show up. You will be charged an upfront fee of $150/Hour to keep the building open and staffed. Rigging: Cary Specialized Services is the exclusive rigger for this auction and will be onsite during the scheduled removal period. Their posted loading fees will be automatically added to your invoice. Make sure to schedule your loadout directly with Cary. Failure to schedule your removal time will likely result in a long wait. Buyers will not be permitted to operate any powered equipment on this property whether brought or purchased at this auction. There will be absolutely no scrap disassembly allowed anywhere on this property. This includes cutting with saw/torch, dragging/tossing of items, filling of dumpsters/roll-offs. Shipping: Available for "Hand Carry" Type Items Only. There will be a fee of $20 per lot to haul "BTO/UPS" items back to our warehouse for shipping or pickup from our Blaine, MN warehouse. We ask bidders to use good judgement in determining the definition of "Hand Carry". We will NOT Haul Carts, Tables, Benches, Group Lots, Shelf Lots, Items over 24" square or weighing over 75 lbs. Pay your invoice immediately if you'd like your items shipped. Your card on file will be charged for UPS shipping charges (Actual UPS fee + $10 per package) and any BTO fees once your items have been packaged. An additional UPS pickup fee will be added to any declined or expired cards. Please allow up to (7) business days after the final day of checkout for packaging to be completed. You will receive tracking info via email and text through Quantum Ship once your packages have been picked up. UPS Shipping is expensive and higher than expected UPS shipping costs do not absolve you from completing this transaction. We do not provide shipping estimates. Please use any posted weights/dimensions to calculate shipping costs if desired. Insurance will be added automatically to all invoices over $300. The posted Fees/Dates/Times are Non-Negotiable. DO NOT BID if You are unable to abide by any of the posted details. Failure to pay for and/or pick up your items will result in an irrevocable permanent ban from all future auctions.
