Auction Location: 8370 W. 35W Service Drive NE Blaine, MN 55449 Unless noted otherwise in item descriptions. Items at "offsite" locations must be removed within the scheduled removal period. Rigging information will be posted on larger items. Buyers must hire a licensed and insured rigger for these items (Normally the posted rigger per the sellers request). All payments must be made at our office. Payments will not be accepted at "offsite" locations. UPS shipping and LTL are not available for offsite items. Associated Fees: Buyers Premium: 15% Sales Tax::8.375% Card Convenience Fee: 4% Payment can be made onsite by Cash, Credit, Check (Checks over $2000 will not be accepted without a Bank Letter of Guarantee), Wire (Buyer Must Add $15 for Transfer Fee), Wire Transfer instructions will be sent via email (Please check your spam/junk folders if not received by 3:00 pm of closing day). Auction Preview: Wednesday, July 22nd from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm or daily by appointment only. Auction Closing: Thursday, July 23rd Beginning at 10:00 am This auction will close at a rate of (5) lots per minute with 1 minute extended bidding. Auction Checkout: (Closing times are sharp) Monday, July 27th from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm Tuesday, July 28th from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm Wednesday, July 29th from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm Payment and removal is due by 3:30 pm of Wednesday, July 29th. We will process all outstanding invoices at the conclusion of the scheduled removal period, including a 4% card convenience fee. Rigging: Larger items requiring a forklift to load will display a loading fee. This fee will not be added to your invoice. Please add any loading fees to your total if you require this service. We ask that buyers bring appropriate trailers/transportation for their purchases. Excessive strapping, blocking, disassembly will result in increased loading fees. Buyers are free to load their purchases at our facility using non-powered equipment but must bring their own help as auction staff will not assist. Buyers will be responsible for any damages/injuries caused while loading their own purchases. Ground level removal only. Plan accordingly. Shipping: Available for "Hand Carry" Type Items Only. Pay your invoice immediately if you'd like your items shipped. Your card on file will be charged for UPS shipping charges and any BTO fees once your items have been packaged. An additional UPS pickup fee will be added to any declined or expired cards. Please allow up to (7) business days after the final day of checkout for packaging to be completed. You will receive tracking info via email and text through Quantum Ship once your packages have been picked up. UPS Shipping can be expensive and higher than expected UPS shipping costs do not absolve you from completing this transaction. We do not provide shipping estimates. Please use any posted weights/dimensions to calculate shipping costs if desired. Insurance will be added automatically to all invoices over $300. The posted Fees/Dates/Times are Non-Negotiable.
