It is the responsibility of the bidder to read the auctions details outlined below. Please read item descriptions completely as certain items may have a specific removal date, loading fees, condition reports, location, etc. Auction Location: Oak Grove, MN This is a private residence with a gated entrance. We ask that all visitors to this property show the utmost respect to the property. DO NOT drive on the grass, make sure of clear height with the surrounding trees, leave with everything that you came with. Anyone not following these rules will be escorted from the property immediately. Winning bidders will find the address on their emailed invoice. Associated Fees: Buyers Premium: 15% Loading Fees: Mandatory on items with posted loading fees Sales Tax: 8.125% Card Convenience Fee: 4% Payment can be made onsite by Cash, Credit, Check (Checks from new bidders will NOT be accepted without a bank letter of guarantee). Wire Transfer instructions will be sent via email (Please check your spam/junk folders if not received by 3:00 pm of closing day). Wire: Add $15 for Transfer Fee. Auction Preview: Monday, July 13th from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm Auction Closing: Tuesday, July 14th Beginning at 10:00 am Auction Checkout: (Closing times are sharp) Wednesday, July 15th from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm Thursday, July 16th from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm (Items with Load Fees Must be Picked up on this Day Only) Payment and removal is due by 3:00 pm on July 16th. We will process all outstanding invoices at the conclusion of the scheduled removal period, including a 4% credit card fee. Rigging: Under no circumstances will buyers be permitted to operate powered equipment onsite, whether purchased or brought here. Bizal Material Handling will be onsite on July 16th ONLY. Larger items will display a loading fee. This fee is mandatory and non-negotiable and will be added to your auction invoice. This fee covers a basic "pick up and set down" of the machine as shown in the auction, onto buyer provided transport. It does NOT cover any disassembly/lay down/palletization/strapping/tarping of the item. If needed, you will be charged for additional services. Buyers/Hired transport must provided their own cribbing/dunnage for transport. Bizal Material Handling is available for hire for any items without a load fee. Shipping: Available for "Hand Carry" Type Items Only. There will be a fee of $20 per lot to haul "BTO/UPS" items back to our warehouse for shipping or pickup from our Blaine, MN warehouse. Email: jim@premiermachineryauctions.com to arrange shipping. Make sure to include your Invoice number and mailing address if different from your address on file. Pay your invoice immediately if you'd like your items shipped. Your card on file will be charged for UPS shipping charges and any BTO fees once your items have been packaged. An additional UPS pickup fee will be added to any declined or expired cards. Please allow up to (7) business days after the final day of checkout for packaging to be completed. You will receive tracking info via email and text through Quantum Ship once your packages have been picked up. UPS Shipping can be expensive and higher than expected UPS shipping costs do not absolve you from completing this transaction. We do not provide shipping estimates. Please use any posted weights/dimensions to calculate shipping costs if desired. Insurance will be added automatically to all invoices over $300. The posted Fees/Dates/Times are Non-Negotiable. DO NOT BID if You are unable to abide by any of the posted details. Failure to pay for and/or pick up your items will result in an irrevocable permanent ban from all future auctions. All items are sold AS IS/WHERE IS and with ALL faults. You are bidding on used equipment. Premier Machinery Auctions makes no claim to working condition/functionality of items whatsoever.
