Auction Location:  See Lot #.2 for Location Information Associated Fees: Buyers Premium: 15% Sales Tax: 6.88% Credit Card Fee: 4% Payment can be made onsite by Cash, Credit, Check (Checks over $2000 will not be accepted without a Bank Letter of Guarantee), Wire (Buyer Must Add $15 for Transfer Fee),  Wire Transfer instructions will be sent via email (Please check your spam/junk folders if not received by 3:00 pm of closing day).  A Form 8300 must be completed by the buyer per the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) for any cash payments over $10,000.  Auction Preview: Monday, April 6th from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm Auction Closing: Tuesday, April 7th Beginning at 10:00 am This auction will close at a rate of (3) lots per minute with 1 minute extended bidding. Auction Checkout: (Closing times are sharp) Wednesday, April 8th from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm  Thursday, April 9th from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm  Friday, April 10th from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm Payment and removal is due by 2:00 pm of Friday, April 10th. We will process all outstanding invoices at the conclusion of the scheduled removal period, including a 4% credit card fee. Items remaining beyond this date will be considered abandoned. Rigging: Certain Items have a posted loading fee from Windom Towing. Those Items Must be Removed on Friday, April 10th Between 8:00 am and 2:00 pm. Loading Assistance for All Other Items is Available for a Nominal Fee to be Paid to a Former Messer Employee. Please Bring Cash or Check to Pay for Loading of those Items if Needed. Shipping: Available for "Hand Carry" Type Items Only. There will be a fee of $20 per lot to haul "BTO/UPS" items back to our warehouse for shipping or pickup from our Blaine, MN warehouse. Email: jim@premiermachineryauctions.com to arrange shipping. Make sure to include your Invoice number and mailing address if different from your address on file. Pay your invoice immediately if you'd like your items shipped. We will NOT package any items until the original invoice has been paid in full. Your card on file will be charged for UPS shipping charges and any BTO fees once your items have been packaged. An additional UPS pickup fee of $17 will be added to any declined or expired cards. Please allow up to (7) business days after the final day of checkout for packaging to be completed. You will receive tracking info via email and text through Quantum Ship once your packages have been picked up. UPS Shipping can be expensive and higher than expected UPS shipping costs do not absolve you from completing this transaction. We do not provide shipping estimates. Please use any posted weights/dimensions to calculate shipping costs if desired. Insurance will be added automatically to all invoices over $300. The posted Fees/Dates/Times are Non-Negotiable.
