Preview: Preview will be Held on Monday, July 14th from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm  Auction Close: This Auction will Close on Tuesday, July 15th Beginning at 10:00 am and will Close at a Rate of (3) Lots Per Minute. For Example: Lots 1-3 will Close at 10:00, Lots 4-6 will Close at 10:01. This Will Continue Until All Items are Sold. This Auction Features Extended Bidding in 60 Second Increments. Checkout Dates and Details:  Wednesday, July 16th from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm  Thursday, July 17th from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm  Ground Level Removal Only. Buyers are not allowed to bring or operate any powered equipment on this property. Certain items will display a load fee from Cary Specialized Services. Any posted loading fees will be automatically added to your invoice. Please factor any loading fees into your bids as these fees are mandatory and non-negotiable. UPS Shipping Small "hand carry" Items can be brought back to our warehouse for UPS shipping. This service is on a first come, first served basis as space is very limited.
