Please read in full before placing bids Most items located at: Premier Machinery Auctions, LLC 8370 W. 35W Service Drive NE Blaine, MN 55449 Unless noted otherwise in item descriptions. Items at "offsite" locations must be removed within the scheduled removal period. Rigging information will be posted on larger items. Buyers must hire a licensed and insured rigger for these items (Normally the posted rigger per the sellers request). All payments must be made at our office. Payments will not be accepted at "offsite" locations. UPS shipping and LTL are not available for offsite items. A 15% buyers premium will be charged on this auction as well as 8.375% Sales Tax. Payments can be made at our facility with cash, check, credit card or wire transfer. Personal checks over $2,500 will require a bank letter of guarantee. All credit card transactions will incur a 4% processing fee. All outstanding invoices will be charged in full at the conclusion of the scheduled removal period. A $25 late pickup fee will be added to all invoices past the scheduled removal dates. Preview: Preview will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm or by Appointment Auction Close: This auction will close on Thursday, July 24th beginning at 10:00 am and will close at a rate of (5) lots per minute. Example: Lots 1-5 will close at 10:00 am, Lots 6-10 will close at 10:01 and this will continue until all lots are sold. This auction features "extended bidding". Checkout Dates and Details: NO EARLY PICKUP ALLOWED ON THIS AUCTION! Monday, July 28th from 8:00 to 3:30 Tuesday, July 29th from 8:00 to 3:30 Wednesday, July 30th from 8:00 to 3:30 Larger items requiring a forklift to load will display a loading fee. This fee will not be added to your invoice. Please add any loading fees to your total if you require this service. We ask that buyers bring appropriate trailers/transportation for their purchases. Excessive strapping, blocking, disassembly will result in increased loading fees. Buyers are free to load their purchases at our facility using non-powered equipment but must bring their own help as auction staff will not assist. Buyers will be responsible for any damages/injuries caused while loading their own purchases. Ground level removal only. Plan accordingly. DO NOT BID if these removal dates will not work for you as items will be considered abandoned after the scheduled removal dates regardless of payment status. Failure to pay for and/or pick up your items will result in a permanent ban from all future auctions. UPS shipping and palletizing for LTL available. UPS: Send an email to: nate@premiermachineryauctions.com including your invoice number and shipping address if different from your address on file. There will be a $10 per package handling fee added to the actual UPS shipping cost. Items requiring extensive packaging will be a higher fee. Insurance will be added to any invoice over $200. An updated invoice will be sent via email once your items have been packaged. You can make payment through the emailed invoice or call our office to make payment over the phone. Please allow up to 1 week after the conclusion of the checkout to receive an updated invoice. LTL: We will package your items and secure them to a standard size pallet. There is a fee of $75 per skid for this service. Any posted loading fees will also be added to your invoice. Please call Greg @ (612) 325-2158 prior to bidding if the items are larger than a standard pallet or may need extra packaging or prep. You will receive an updated invoice once the pallet has been built. This invoice will include: dimensions, weight, pickup location and hours. Buyers are responsible for arranging freight in a timely manner and must forward a bill of lading to greg@premiermachineryauctions.com prior to pickup. For customers that would like to ship with Speedee: Buyer is responsible for scheduling their own pickup with Speedee. A packaging fee will still be charged to the buyer. For bidders outside of the United States: We may require a deposit as well as proof of previous auction participation, freight/exporter contact information and plans to remove your items in a timely manner prior to approval. Buyer is responsible for any and all paperwork needed for transport/export of purchased items. Auctioneer reserves the right to dispose of/relist or charge storage fees on any items past the scheduled removal period regardless of payment status. We have limited space in our warehouse and can not store items beyond the scheduled removal period. ALL ITEMS SOLD AS IS/WHERE IS AND WITH ALL FAULTS. You are bidding on used equipment from numerous sources. We make every effort to disclose any known information regarding working condition of the items but strongly advise potential bidders to inspect the items prior to placing bids as refunds will not be given.
