Please stop at the 7500 Stewart Avenue location first. A 15% buyers premium as well as 5.5% sales tax will be charged on this auction. Preview: Preview will be Held on Tuesday, July 15th from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm Auction Close: This Auction will Close on Wednesday, July 16th Beginning at 10:00 am and will Close at a Rate of (3) Lots Per Minute. For Example: Lots 1-3 will Close at 10:00, Lots 4-6 will Close at 10:01. This Will Continue Until All Items are Sold. This Auction Features Extended Bidding in 60 Second Increments. Checkout Dates and Details: Thursday, July 17th from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Friday, July 18th from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm Firm Closing Time Ground Level Removal Only. Buyers are not allowed to bring or operate any powered equipment on this property. Seller will perform standard loading with forklift at no charge but assumes no liability for this service. Due to the size of most items open trailers for removal is preferred and in some cases required. Allow extra time for removal due to the different locations and time to load.
