Payments can be made at this facility with cash, check, credit card or wire transfer. Personal checks over $2,500 will require a bank letter of guarantee. All credit card transactions will incur a 4% processing fee. All outstanding invoices will be charged in full at the conclusion of the scheduled removal period including the 4% processing fee. Example: Lots 1-2 will close at 10:00 am, Lots 3-4 will close at 10:01 and this will continue until all lots are sold. This auction features "extended bidding". There will be a fee of $10 per lot to haul "Hand Carry" items back to our warehouse for shipping or pickup from our Blaine, MN warehouse. Email jim@premiermachineryauctions.com to arrange shipping. Make sure to include your Invoice number and address if different from your address on file. Pay your invoice immediately if you'd like your items shipped. Another invoice will be sent once your items have been packaged.  PMA will load equipment at this site. Larger items requiring a forklift to load will display a loading fee. This fee will be added to your invoice automatically. Please factor this fee into your bids as it is non-negotiable. There will be a minimum fee of $25 should you need loading assistance on an item that does not display a loading fee. Buyers will not be permitted to bring or operate powered equipment on this property. No Exceptions will be made. Please bring your own help to haul and load any lots of wood. We will not provide assistance with those lots. Do not bid if these removal dates/terms will not work for you as items will be considered abandoned after the scheduled removal dates regardless of payment status. Failure to pay for and/or pick up your items will result in a permanent ban from all future auctions. For bidders outside of the United States: We may require a deposit as well as proof of previous auction participation, freight/exporter contact information and plans to remove your items in a timely manner prior to approval.
