Information such as mandatory loading fees and item specific removal dates will be found at the bottom of item descriptions. A 15% buyers premium will be charged on this auction as well as Sales Tax Rate of 3.9%. If Equipment is Subject to SMM(Special Mobile Machinery Tax) the Buyer is Responsible for Paying this Tax to the Trucking Company or Directly to the State of Colorado. Payments can be made at this facility with cash, check, credit card or wire transfer. Personal checks over $2,500 will require a bank letter of guarantee. All credit card transactions will incur a 3% processing fee. All outstanding invoices will be charged in full at the conclusion of the scheduled removal period. Preview: Preview will be held on Monday, February 26th from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Please follow lawn signs to site entry. Auction Close: This auction will close on Tuesday, February 27th beginning at 10:00 am CST and will close at a rate of (5) lots per minute. Example: Lots 1-5 will close at 10:00 am, Lots 6-10 will close at 10:01 and this will continue until all lots are sold. This auction features "extended bidding". Checkout Dates and Details: Wednesday, February 28th from 8:00 to 4:00 (Hand Carry Items Only. No Forklift Onsite) Thursday, February 29th from 8:00 to 4:00 (Hand Carry Items Only. No Forklift Onsite) Friday, March 1st from 8:00 to 4:00 (Hand Carry Items and Items Marked Specifically for this day.) All Items without a Loading Fee Must be Removed by the End of this Day Unless you are Having Machinery Loaded the Following Week. Monday, March 4th through Wednesday, March 6th, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. (Items Marked Specifically for these days only. ) RMS Rigging is the exclusive rigger for this auction. In an effort to expedite the removal process, please call Rob to schedule removal of your items. Items displaying a loading fee must be loaded by RMS Rigging. This fee is mandatory and will be added to your invoice. Please factor in any loading fees into your bids. Buyers will not be permitted to bring equipment of any kind onto Kurt Manufacturing property. Do not bid if these removal dates/terms will not work for you as items will be considered abandoned after the scheduled removal dates regardless of payment status. Failure to pay for and/or pick up your items will result in a permanent ban from all future auctions. UPS shipping available. UPS: Items that qualify for UPS shipping will display a "BTO" Fee (Bring to Office) in the item description. The "BTO" Fee covers the cost of transport to our facility to package items for shipping. Once packaged, your card on file will be processed and will include any "BTO" fees as well as the UPS charge. All packages will be processed through our UPS account. Items displaying a "BTO Fee" can also be brought back to our warehouse for local pickup as well. These fees will be added to your invoice at the time of pickup. For bidders outside of the United States: We may require a deposit as well as proof of previous auction participation, freight/exporter contact information and plans to remove your items in a timely manner prior to approval.
