Payments can be made at our facility with cash, check, credit card or wire transfer. Personal checks over $2,500 will require a bank letter of guarantee. All credit card transactions will incur a 3% processing fee. All outstanding invoices will be charged in full at the conclusion of the scheduled removal period. Preview: Preview will be held on Monday, March 18th from 9:00 to 3:00 Auction Close: This auction will close on Tuesday, March 19th beginning at 10:00 am and will close at a rate of (4) lots per minute. Example: Lots 1-4 will close at 10:00 am, Lots 5-8 will close at 10:01 and this will continue until all lots are sold. This auction features "extended bidding". Checkout Dates and Details: Wednesday, March 20th from 8:00 to 4:00 Thursday, March 21st from 8:00 to 4:00 Friday, March 22nd from 8:00 to 12:00 Item requiring a forklift for loading must be picked up on Wednesday or Thursday only. The forklift will be picked up on Friday. Failure to follow these details may result in the inability to load your items and will not excuse you from paying your invoice. Do not bid if these removal dates will not work for you as items will be considered abandoned after the scheduled removal dates regardless of payment status. Failure to pay for and/or pick up your items will result in a permanent ban from all future auctions. UPS shipping available. UPS: Send an email to: nate@premiermachineryauctions.com including your paddle number and shipping address if different from your address on file. There will be a $7 per package handling fee added to the actual UPS shipping cost as well as a $10 per lot fee to haul "hand carry" type items back to our office to ship. Items requiring extensive packaging will be a higher fee. An updated invoice will be sent via email once your items have been packaged. You can make payment through the emailed invoice or call our office to make payment over the phone. Please allow up to 1 week to receive an updated invoice. For bidders outside of the United States: We may require a deposit as well as proof of previous auction participation, freight/exporter contact information and plans to remove your items in a timely manner prior to approval. Buyer is responsible for any and all paperwork needed for transport/export of purchased items. Auctioneer reserves the right to dispose of/relist or charge storage fees on any unpaid items past the scheduled removal period regardless of payment status.
