Please read in full before placing bids Items located at: Integrity Tool and Engineering, Inc.  8252 147th Lane NW (401 Mfg Location), Suite 100 Ramsey, MN 55303 A 15% buyers premium will be charged on this auction as well as 8.13% Sales Tax. Payments can be made at our facility with cash, check, credit card or wire transfer. Personal checks over $2,500 will require a bank letter of guarantee. All credit card transactions will incur a 3% processing fee. All outstanding invoices will be charged in full at the conclusion of the scheduled removal period. A $25 late pickup fee will be added to all invoices past the scheduled removal dates. Preview: Preview will be held on Monday, November 13th from 9:00 to 2:00 or Auction Close: This auction will close on Tuesday, November 14th beginning at 10:00 am and will close at a rate of (2) lots per minute. Example: Lots 1-2 will close at 10:00 am, Lots 3-4 will close at 10:01 and this will continue until all lots are sold. This auction features "extended bidding". Checkout Dates and Details: Wednesday, November 15th from 8:00 to 3:00 Seller will load all items free of charge. Buyers are free to load their purchases at this facility using non-powered equipment but must bring their own help as auction staff will not assist. Buyers will be responsible for any damages/injuries caused while loading their own purchases. Ground level removal only. Plan accordingly. Do not bid if the removal date will not work for you as items will be considered abandoned after the scheduled removal dates. Failure to pay for and/or pick up your items will result in a permanent ban from all future auctions. UPS shipping and palletizing for LTL available. UPS: Send an email to: nate@premiermachineryauctions.com including your paddle number and shipping address if different from your address on file. There will be a $7 per package handling fee added to the actual UPS shipping cost. Items requiring extensive packaging will be a higher fee. An updated invoice will be sent via email once your items have been packaged. You can make payment through the emailed invoice or call our office to make payment over the phone. Please allow up to 1 week to receive an updated invoice. For bidders outside of the United States: We may require a deposit as well as proof of previous auction participation, freight/exporter contact information and plans to remove your items in a timely manner prior to approval. Buyer is responsible for any and all paperwork needed for transport/export of purchased items. Auctioneer reserves the right to dispose of/relist or charge storage fees on any unpaid items past the scheduled removal period regardless of payment status. ALL ITEMS SOLD AS IS/WHERE IS AND WITH ALL FAULTS. You are bidding on used equipment from numerous sources. We make every effort to disclose any known information regarding working condition of the items but strongly advise potential bidders to inspect the items prior to placing bids as refunds will not be given.
