Williams Co., Inc. 3010 N. 2nd Street Minneapolis, MN 55411 A 15% buyers premium will be charged on this auction. No sales tax will be collected due to business closure rule. Payments can be made at this facility with cash, check, credit card or wire transfer. Personal checks over $2,500 will require a bank letter of guarantee. All credit card transactions will incur a 3% processing fee. All outstanding invoices will be charged in full at the conclusion of the scheduled removal period. Preview: Preview will be held on Wednesday, September 13th from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm Auction Close: (Note: Afternoon Closing Time) This auction will close on Thursday, September 14th beginning at 2:00 pm and will close at a rate of (3) lots per minute. Example: Lots 1-3 will close at 2:00 pm, Lots 4-6 will close at 2:01 pm and this will continue until all lots are sold. This auction features "extended bidding". Checkout Dates and Details: Dock height loading only. Friday, September 15th from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm Monday, September 18th from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Tuesday, September 19th from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm T.K. Machinery Movers will be onsite on 9/18 and 9/19 only. Any Items that require a forklift for loading must be picked up on these days. These items will display a loading fee for a standard "pick up/set down" loading. Buyers may need assistance to load items that do not display a loading fee. There is a $25 minimum fee for these items. All loading fees must be paid directly to T.K. Machinery Movers. Any items remaining beyond the scheduled removal dates will need to be relocated at the expense of the purchaser. These expenses will include rigging, storage and loading from the storage facility. Do not bid if these removal dates will not work for you as your items may be considered abandoned after the scheduled removal dates. Failure to pay for and/or pick up your items will result in a permanent ban from all future auctions. UPS shipping available. UPS: Send an email to: nate@premiermachineryauctions.com including your paddle number and shipping address if different from your address on file. There will be a $10 per lot fee to haul items back to our warehouse for local pickup or shipping as well as a $7 per package handling fee added to the actual UPS shipping cost. An updated invoice will be sent via email once your items have been packaged. You can make payment through the emailed invoice or call our office to make payment over the phone. For bidders outside of the United States: We may require a deposit as well as proof of previous auction participation, freight/exporter contact information and plans to remove your items within the scheduled removal period prior to approval. Buyer is responsible for any and all paperwork needed for transport of purchased items. Auctioneer reserves the right to dispose of/relist or charge storage fees on any unpaid items past the scheduled removal period. ALL ITEMS SOLD AS IS/WHERE IS AND WITH ALL FAULTS.
